STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: Each tea bag includes steeping instructions for your convenience. For all of our teas, use 6 oz of water per tea bag. For iced tea, steep 2 tea bags in 6 oz of water as instructed, remove the tea bags after the recommended time, let it cool, and pour over ice.
CAFFEINE CONTENT: Believe it or not, our black tea has less than half the caffeine of a similar-sized cup of coffee. Green tea contains even less, with less than a quarter the caffeine. And let's not forget, herbal teas are naturally caffeine-free.
